SPRING
when i look outside my window,
i see a wholly gladdening sight.
the cold is loosening its hand,
the winter is losing its might.

the trees are bowed no more,
with the white burden of snow.
the scenery seems less hard,
the world is once again aglow.

small buds are opening,
plants are starting to grow.
the animals run around joyfully,
there is no need for them to lay low.

it is a wonderous mesmerising sight,
to see new life take birth.
for the spring signifies,
the beginning of love and mirth.

the time of creation,
of the start of fresh life,
the old withers and dies,
while the young begin a life.

thus, rejoice all of you,
every single creature of god,
spring is here once again,
bringing joy to all our hearts.
